Zoom approached us with a request to reimagine the UX and visual design for zoom.com, aimed at improving clarity and creating a more modular, scalable framework to support over 25 product hubs. The initiative supports the company’s upcoming brand refresh and focuses on delivering a streamlined, engaging experience that drives performance and increases product awareness.
Product reimagined
In collaboration with Zoom’s creative and product teams, we were tasked with exploring visual solutions that elevate the site’s experience through its products. By distilling the complex, content-rich interface, we crafted an abstracted and refined UI that communicates the product story in a clear and meaningful way.
Design solutions beyond website
Beyond the digital experience, we collaborated closely with teams across the organization to deliver a range of creative solutions—from infographics to internal system branding. Given that these assets are used internally, we carefully expanded the design system to align with its purpose—introducing a brighter color palette and more expressive use of typography to create a warmer, more approachable visual identity.
