Into the Storm: 4D Experience

The 360-degree, two-minute activation features the yet-to-be-released Oculus Rift DK2 virtual reality headset, high-performance headphones, and integrated 4D elements including floor vibration, faux, high-powered wind and synched air blasts to recreate a key scene from the film. When combined, users were transported into the fictional town of Silverton and ravaged by a tornado while trapped in a storm drain. The high-octane experience was so immersive that users who were seated side-by-side, screamed with both fear and delight as they faced Mother Nature at her most extreme. Finally, each experience was recorded for fans to share on their various social media platforms.
