Vivint Smart Home was in need of a new digital experience to compete with other evolving smart home brands. Our web design revamped their customer service offerings with interactive calls-to-action, customer chat options and in-depth product integration tools that offered new ways to navigate and connect.

The new design provided consumers with a variety of ways to explore the features of each Vivint product, while highlighting how each product integrates together within the Vivint Smart Home ecosystem.
We launched this redesign in phases, allowing the Vivint team flexibility in their internal A/B testing. Simple, collaborative, high-quality creation is what we’re all about.
