Pinterest showcases a new tool for keeping up with top trends—and learning about the data behind them—on the industry's biggest stage.

Trends with friends

Pinterest asked us to help bring their recently launched Trends tool to life at the 2020 Consumer Electronics Show (CES). To accomplish this, we created an interactive wall with built-in user-education tools, lighting up the night while showcasing the brand’s creativity.

Step right up

The wall was fitted with shelves displaying different groups of objects that corresponded with different Pinterest trends. Once selected, the shelf would illuminate, and animated graphics and trend information gave users insight into Pinterest’s new tool.

Outcome

One step closer to the future and miles ahead of the competition, these tactile displays gave us the chance to bridge the gap between digital and IRL.
