Adobe Customer Portal

We partnered with Adobe to design and build the Unified Customer Portal from the ground up – a centralized platform redefining how customers engage, manage, and realize value across the Adobe ecosystem.

From Decks to Flows

Our team dug deep into Adobe’s customer success existing materials (PowerPoints, presentations, and customer-facing assets) to really understand how the experience was being delivered. With the timeline tight, we jumped straight into wireframing, translating those static decks into interactive, fully realized product flows that would lay the foundation for the new portal experience.

The Information Architecture

Designing for a diverse audience required us to structure information strictly by hierarchy. To achieve this, we anchored our framework in progressive disclosure – leveraging intentional layering, subtle animations, and micro-interactions to help users digest critical summaries at a glance. By surfacing high-level metrics and primary touchpoints first, we seamlessly guide users down the information architecture to uncover the exact data they need. This approach successfully streamlined the discovery phase, turning a potentially chaotic influx of information into a cleanly structured, single source of truth.

Customer Success, Evolved

Leveraging Adobe’s newest design system, Spectrum 2, we built a product that not only addressed their core requirements but also pushed the boundaries of what the product required. We worked closely with the team to challenge assumptions, rethinking workflows and interactions to create a more intuitive and engaging user experience.
To make the vision tangible, we developed a fully interactive prototype, allowing stakeholders to explore the product firsthand, test new ideas, and see how the
concepts could translate into a real-world, scalable solution. This approach ensured that the final product was both innovative and practical, setting a strong foundation for the portal’s success.
